Please FIRST read the following instructions:

1. To make a new page, click on "Register" and fill in your data and that
   you agree with our Terms of Use.
2. Go to your Email and copy your login-name and password.
3. Go back to the WatSan.org website and select "Submit a Page" in the upper left menu. 
    
4. Proceed now with "Update your page", and login with your login-name and password.
5. Fill in the form with your details: name, address, phone, fax, website, etc.
6. Select the main category and sub-categories in which you want your page.
   
7. Write or "copy-past" the text of your page and news in the 3 boxes.
8. Upload your pictures (max. 3, limit the size if needed).
9. Click "Submit" on the bottom of the upload page.
   
10. Check your page on WatSan .org in the selected categories.
11. You can update your page and change your password as often as you need.

Please Note:
To make your own text in the boxes, you can write or copy-past any text, for instance from your own website or brochures. However, when your text has already a special format in HTML, for instance to make a specific lay-out on your website, you will probably also copy this layout to your text box and your text may not correctly appear on the WatSan .org website.
If you are familiar with HTML, you can use the HTML editor (source logo) on the top line of the text box to "clean-up" your text-layout from layout commands. 

There is no "preview" function, after you click "submit", you can directly see the result on the website under the category and sub-category that you have selected (please note that you first have to click the "refresh page icon" in your browser to update the website page). In case you want to edit your page, click again on "Update your page" and change your page as often as your wish.

Your password

After registration, you will receive a random generated password on your e-mail address.
You can later change this first password for a more convenient password. Your new password will be send to your e-mail address to keep your administration updated.

Our Banner Page
On our website we use the new "Contextual Banners" (CB) concept: When visitors select one of the main categories on the home page, a central page will come up with banners that are directly related to this category.

Because your banner only shows when visitors have made a choice for your categorie, it will have the attention of those visitors that are specifically interested in your activities. Contextual Banners are also more convenient for visitors, as they are not overwhelmed with too many banners that are not of interest for them.

You can sponsor our activities and have your Banner / Logo on the Banner Pages for only 50 US$ per month, payable by e-invoice: Simply send and email to info@watsan.com with the following data:

• Administration details (Name, address, etc.)
• The categories(s) of the Banner Page
• The number of month you want the banner on the page
• Your logo or text information (max. 15 words)
• The text of the yellow Banner mouse-line (max 10 words)

If you do post content or submit material, you grant us and all other users of watsan .org a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. 

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us for appropriate action.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may upload information at WatSan .org only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This site is provided by WatSan Consult on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. By using this site, you completely agree that your use of this site is at your own sole judgment and risk.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules of Dutch Law. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
